Run details

I did an 11km run. On this one I wanted to really challenge myself to go even slower! I wanted to see if I could control my pace even more than normal. The theory is that the slower you go, the longer you can then run. It also builds up your cardio endurance so you can then run faster on the shorter runs.

So I tested this theory out and felt great after 11km!
