I went for a VERY EARLY morning run because the heatwave is still here. I start work at 8 am so I needed to get up at 5am for this, was out the door by 5.15 and had done my run by 6am. I actually really enjoyed getting this done and talking about early morning running on Tiktok too!

It’s 5AM! ☀️ I’m going on a SUPER early morning run in the summer.. Am I mad?! Come with me and let’s see how this goes. Watch to the end for some advice. There’s a sunrise at the end!
