Run details

I ran around Ashbourne, to the top of the hill and back. That loop felt great considering I didn’t feel like going that day. I did about 6 miles and really struggled for motivation before I got out. But I did and ended up doing a longer run. 10 minutes per mile for a longer run is great for me. Happy with this.
