Run details
I decided to switch up my running more and implement more internal runs into my weekly schedule. I’ve now built up doing 3 runs a week, one of them being parkrun which is often a slower pace because there’s more people and it’s all about the vibe and community; not so much about getting a personal best.
So this run was about pushing myself for my pace. I did an interval style and it turned out okay!
It was just under 5k and took me 28 minutes. I enjoyed having something different to focus on throughout the run, felt good! I did get a fastest mile (under 10 minutes), but it was an interval run so naturally was going to be faster.
