Either way, I’m sure you’ll know your 10k pace from previous races, and you’re ready to take on the half marathon.

I’ve put together a half marathon pace chart especially for beginners. It’s done by your target half marathon pace, starting at 8:00 and going up to 9:10.

If you’re a faster runner than this, I’ll have quicker pace times coming soon!
